Church World Service

Founded in 1946, Church World Service (CWS) works to eradicate hunger and poverty and to promote peace and justice. Supported in part by 37 member communions based in the U.S., CWS has expertise in advocacy, emergency response, services for refugees, and international relief and development. It has partners and programming in more than 30 countries.
